All new customers are requested to be available for a thorough walkthrough with the service techs at the end of the first service to make sure expectations were met. This is a small step to ensure that the work has been completed and that we get the extra input needed in some cases. This is also outlined in our Terms of Service in more detail.

I understand that this procedure is to ensure that I am fully satisfied with the services provided by SL8. Once a walkthrough is complete, the job will be considered completed to the customers satisfaction.
If a walkthrough is not performed by the customer, the job will also be considered completed to the customers satisfaction.

Failure to Show Up Acceptance

I understand that if the person designated to do the walkthrough is not available by phone or if any situation arises in which that person cannot do a walkthrough, the job will be considered completed satisfactorily.
